Jimmy Cliff - Give a little take a little 1967

I thought this little video deserved a place on the blog, what a lovely piece of film from back in 1967 when Jimmy Cliff was storming the European music charts.

Jimmy Cliff recently entered the American Rock'N Roll Hall Of Fame and here he is in being interviewed at the time....

I must also add this video which stumbled upon last week which i was very pleased to find. It's an old inteview from CBC with Jimmy where he talks about his name James Chambers which was changed to Nyime Bashir which most of us won't be familiar with, check it out....
