How do we see films from Africa and the Diaspora when we’re not getting our annual fix at Afrika Eye ? Who else sees the scintillating collections of short films shown each year at Eyefull ? Ever wondered how to get your films seen and make a big splash to win support for your next movie?
Internet and digital technologies open a range of promotional and distribution possibilities. Filmmakers from the Diaspora and independent filmmakers in the South West and Wales need to know how to get their work promoted and how to get their images seen.
Afrika Eye, in association with First Born Creatives and the Watershed Media complex, offer this workshop as a forum to exchange knowledge and experiences of the new opportunities of the digital age. We will address the following issues:
